RISEBA University of Applied Sciences is a private higher education institution with more than 30 years of experience, offering competitive education and preparing highly qualified specialists and leaders in business and creative industries for work in an international environment. The university was founded in 1992, at a time when Latvia was shaping its education system following the restoration of independence.

 ASUE has educational and scientific relations with different  universities  in the  world  and enlarges  these  relations  day  by day  by  signing and validating cooperation  new  agreements. Today  a  reformation stage  is  going on in the  University of Economics: academic new  projects,  strengthening of university-employer relationship,   Bachelor’s  and  Master’s specialties opened according to  modern  demands, strengthening  of  theoretical knowledge  with  experience  in academic process.

Yerevan State College of Informatics (formerly the Yerevan Technical School of Electronic Computing Machines) was founded in 1960. Its main objective was to train specialists with secondary vocational education for the Yerevan Mathematical Machines Research Institute and the "Electron" plant. Between 1969 and 1971, new departments in Radio Engineering and Automation were established. In 1999, the college was renamed Yerevan State College of Informatics by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

Business and Technology University (BTU) was founded on September 16, 2016. BTU is a leading higher education institution in Georgia, authorized by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement under the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Georgia. The university engages in high-quality academic and research activities, with a focus on technology and entrepreneurship-oriented education.

Construction college Construct2 has been established in the format of Public Privat Partnership, by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the construction company BK Construction. The college obtained the state authorization in 2019.  he main missions: to provide high-quality vocational education, to train qualified personnel following the requirements of the labor market, and to increase access to vocational education in the regions.

IHF, Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires asbl, is a non profit organisation established in Brussels (Belgium) in 2003. The principal aim of IHF is to provide the community (including non profit and local authorities) with assistance for the development of a wider international cooperation through activities of specialised training on European policies and the dissemination of European values.
